Unlimited disk and unlimited bandwidth do not exist. Every plan states its allocation, and that is the allocation you receive. If you outgrow it we tell you before you hit the wall.
Tickets are answered by the people who run the servers, not by a script reading a checklist back to you. Reach us by email or on our Telegram channel.
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the term. We hand over a full backup of your data in a standard format, at no charge, whether you are leaving or just want a copy.
No setup fee, no renewal jump after the first term, no charge to move an existing site in. What you agree at checkout is what renews.

STEP 01
Pick a plan, give us your details, pay by card or ask for an invoice. You get a reference number immediately and a confirmation by email.

An engineer reads the order and confirms it fits what you are trying to run. If a different plan suits you better, we say so before we build anything.

Same business day in normal cases. You receive login details, connection information and a direct line for anything that follows.

No. Every plan states its allocation and the servers are sized so all allocations can be used at once. We do not advertise unlimited disk or unlimited bandwidth, because neither exists.
No. The price you agree at checkout is the price that renews. There is no introductory rate, no setup fee and no charge to move an existing site in.
Cancel any recurring service at any time, effective at the end of the term you have already paid for. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You get a full export of your data in a standard format at no charge.
They are unmanaged by default: we deliver a working machine with network connectivity and you hold root. Shared hosting is fully managed. We will help with unmanaged issues where we reasonably can.
Card payment through Stripe, or a bank transfer against an invoice. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach our servers.
